The products we send are in hard INDIVIDUAL packaging in order to preserve their integrity. You receive the shipment with the option “Open before paying”. If there is damage to the product during transport, express your objections by drawing up a protocol with the courier company and contact us.
Yes, you can upload a file for printing using preset templates or hire a designer to prepare your idea.
We do not offer editing or proofreading services, and we are not responsible for spelling and punctuation errors, so it is very important that you check and review everything before uploading it for printing. Contact us to wait for your new file.
We do not correct files that have already been submitted. If there are any problems with the preparation of your file, we will contact you.
