2. REGISTRATION
To purchase a service from us, you do NOT need to be a registered user. We should inform you that our services can be provided to adult individuals and to legal entities and non-profit entities registered in the commercial register with the Registry Agency.
We are not an e-shop in its pure form. We provide the DESIGN and PRINTING service /personalization/ on a product that you have chosen as type, quantity and final price.

3. PERSONAL DATA
We do not store personal data and do not use such data, except for the purpose for which you have provided them to us – execution of the order that you have assigned to us. “Ivan Quality” LTD undertakes not to use in any way or disclose, except for the purposes of a contract concluded between the parties, the information, including information constituting personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act, exchanged during joint negotiations or on the occasion of the execution of the order.

4. PRICES OF GOODS
The calculated price of individual products includes VAT /unless otherwise specified in the product description/. Prices are in EURO / BGN.
To the price announced on printemall.eu, you must also add the price for the courier service – if you have chosen delivery with a courier company, this will be the final price of your product.

5. PRICE CHANGE
“Ivan Quality” LTD has the right to change the prices of the services offered on printemall.eu without prior notification to users. Each client is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time of conclusion of the contract, in accordance with these general terms and conditions. The contract is considered concluded at the time of acceptance of the order by the contractor. The order is considered accepted if, within 2 days of receiving it, the contractor does not notify the user of the impossibility of fulfilling the order and the reasons for this.
In the event of a discrepancy between the agreements entered into the contract concluded between the parties and the agreements in the general terms and conditions, the former shall prevail, even if the latter have not been deleted.

6. ORDER
6.1 PRODUCT – After you like a product, please read its description. If you decide to continue with the order, you must proceed to calculating its price.
6.2 PRICE CALCULATION – It is determined by the selected various parameters characterizing the product.
6.3 DESIGN. There are 2 options – Upload a file for printing according to given templates or hire a designer with whom to prepare your idea.
6.4 FINALIZATION – When you decide, proceed to finalizing the order. You do not need to be a registered user.

7. COPYRIGHT
printemall.eu is NOT responsible for the use of copyrighted products by its customers.
We will NOT fulfill an order that contains content prohibited by law or pornography.

8. PRODUCTION TIME
The production time depends on the complexity and technological requirements of the different products. For some orders, the period is longer and it is
mentioned in the product description. Orders accepted by 12:00 noon, the period starts on the same day, and orders received after 12:00 noon, the next day. After the product is made, the shipment is handed over to a courier company.

9. RECEIPT OF MATERIALS

The products we send are in hard INDIVIDUAL packaging in order to preserve their integrity. If there is damage to the product during transport, express your objections by drawing up a protocol with the courier company.

13. RIGHTS ON THE SITE

For any other use of the site content, including modification, reproduction and distribution without the written permission of “Ivan Quality” LTD ., the guilty parties will be held liable in accordance with EU law.
